Neoclouds and hyperscalers sit in separate boxes at the centre top, fed by capital from the left. The pay ribbons show where the money comes from: private credit pours into neoclouds, while hyperscalers self-fund and take only a hair-thin ≈2%. The money then flows downhill into compute, power and networking; physical inputs feed from the left, outputs draw off to the right. Tap any name for its full fundamentals.

The story in prose
At the centre top, neoclouds and hyperscalers now sit in separate boxes, fed by three capital sources. The pay ribbons show where the money actually comes from: private credit (its share is on the capital box at the top left, refreshed from the funding feed) pours almost entirely into neoclouds — debt-financed through GPU- and offtake-pledged SPVs — while hyperscalers self-fund via IG bonds and operating cash (the blue loop recycles it back) and take only a hair-thin ≈2% of private credit. Both buyers then fund the physical build-out — compute, power and networking — with hyperscalers carrying the larger share of power and the network (they build the data centres, substations and fibre themselves) and neoclouds the more compute-concentrated, debt-financed buyer. The spine then flows down — compute → memory → foundry → equipment & EDA — and steps off to raw materials. Networking silicon reconverges into the foundry from the side, so the fabs are the shared chokepoint — a web, not a tree. The fragility isn’t the blue-chip hyperscalers — it is the neocloud / private-credit junction. Bands and tethers are impressionistic, not measured.
The Universe Grade Wheel
Every graded name is one slice, colored by its quality grade and grouped into value-chain layers, ordered strongest → most speculative. The thick outer ring is the layer; its tint is that layer’s authored grade. Slice color follows the selected lens — switch the grade lens in Settings to recolor the whole wheel. Tap any slice (or any chip below) for its full fundamentals.
By layer strongest → most speculative · tap a chip for the breakdown
Flashcards — guess what it does
See a ticker, guess the business, then flip to reveal the company, its value-chain layer, and what it does. Filter to one layer to drill a sector, or shuffle the whole universe. Tap the card to flip (or use the buttons / arrow keys); “Full breakdown” opens the seven-pillar grade. After you flip, mark whether you got it — then retry just the ones you missed.

About these figures
Figures are % of the whole book (including the cash sleeve when you set it above 0). Grades are a merge of the live teardown + full-universe watchlist (four accelerators & five neoclouds filing-verified, the rest knowledge-based); most valuations are flagged stale after the AI complex re-rated. Index look-through and ETF holdings overlap names held directly — verify current multiples, fund holdings and live prices before sizing.
Per-segment composition
How to read this
Each segment is its own donut. Tap an asset in the add bench to drop it in; drag its slider to size it within the segment; ✕ removes. On desktop, drag an asset (or a held chip) across to another segment. Everything you change here flows straight up into the master donut.
Crypto build-out — the decentralized-AI mirror
How to read this
The crypto sleeve, organized the same way: base & settlement, then the decentralized-AI stack — compute/GPU, storage, data, agents — plus oracles, RWA/DeFi, and a quantum-resistant tier. Set each category's share with the Crypto tab in the mixer up top; tap any category name or its slice in the master donut to open it and add coins. Crypto mirrors the digital half of the build-out — it can't mirror the physical chokepoints (ASML, TSMC, HBM).
SCOPE
What I carry in the indexes — top 15 per fund
How to read this
Each index fund opened to its top 15 by published weight. ◈ teal rows are names you also hold directly in the Stocks sleeve (the doubling-down); the rest you own only through the fund. Weights are approximate and drift with price.
True exposure — S&P + Nasdaq top-15 vs. your direct buys
How to read this
The combined top-15 of the S&P (VOO) and Nasdaq (QQQM), always shown so you can read what you hold of the names that dominate the indexes. Gray is what the funds already hand you (look-through, across all four); teal is your direct buy stacked on top. Sorted by total exposure.
ETF crossover — how much of each name you own outright vs. through a fund
How to read this
For every name you hold both outright and through an ETF (or that sits in two or more of your ETFs), the bar shows what share of your total exposure is outright vs. held through each ETF — and which one. Look-through weights are approximate published holdings and drift.
ETF holdings — what's actually inside each fund
How to read this
Every ETF in your universe as a compact donut — each slice is a published holding, and the whole tile is tinted by category (see the key). A fast visual scan of what each fund actually holds. Weights are ~Jun 2026 and drift; verify before sizing.
Reading notes & reconciliations
BIZD is shown two ways across the source data: the Deep look-through here names 27 BDCs (full economic, SEC-filing basis, ARCC ~23%), while the fund's reported swap-based sheet lists ~37 holdings (ARCC ~14.7%); confirm against the current filing. URA's tail carries the placeholder symbol UEC2 — not a real ticker — and is marked estimated. Where a fund is flagged approx, the deeper slices are best-available estimates, not issuer-confirmed. Funds opened beyond their named set show a dashed +N more for the unnamed long tail.

The grade badge
AEach company chip shows a small grade pill = the roll grade for the selected lens. Switch the lens (Expansion or Recession) in Settings: Expansion rolls the four growth-phase pillars; Recession adds the three discipline pillars (cash-flow, capital allocation, business quality).
?A ? badge = held out of grading (identity / data unverified). Italic gold chips are ETFs / baskets — cataloged, not graded. Plain chips with no badge are carried in the map for completeness but aren't in the graded universe.
