Bull Whistle · the intelligent investment terminal

Terms of Service

Version 1.0 · effective 21 October 2026 · operator: Carl Luise, Nevada, United States (a Nevada LLC is being formed and will take over these terms when it exists)

Bull Whistle is an information tool, not financial advice. Nothing in the app is a recommendation to buy, sell or hold anything. The grades, scores, indicators and the assistant's answers are computed from public data by rules you can inspect, and they can be wrong, late or incomplete. You make your own decisions and you carry the results. Bull Whistle is not a broker, an adviser or an exchange, and it never trades or moves money for you.

1. The agreement

These terms are a contract between you and the operator of Bull Whistle, Carl Luise of Nevada, United States ("we", "us"). A Nevada limited liability company is being formed to operate the service; once registered it becomes the party to this agreement in his place, and we will say so here. By creating an account or using the app at bullwhistle.com you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy, which is part of them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Invite-only beta

Bull Whistle is in a private beta. Accounts can only be created with an address an administrator has invited. The service is free during the beta. Features will change, and some may be removed. We may end the beta, limit the number of users, or withdraw an invitation at any time. If we introduce paid plans later, we will tell you before anything is charged, and nothing will be charged without your explicit agreement.

3. Your account

4. What the service is

Bull Whistle shows market information: prices, charts, technical indicators, company financials, calendar dates, macro conditions, and grades and scores computed from them by published rules. It lets you keep watchlists, a journal and price alerts, build a model portfolio, and, optionally, see your real holdings by connecting brokerage or exchange accounts in read-only mode. It does not hold your money, route orders, or execute anything.

6. Market data

7. Broker and exchange connections

8. The assistant

9. Your content

Your watchlists, journal entries, alerts, settings, model portfolio and connection data are yours. You give us only the permission we need to store them, sync them between your devices, and show them back to you. We do not look at them except to fix a problem you report or to keep the service secure, and we never publish them. You can export your saved setups from the app and delete everything by deleting your account.

10. Acceptable use

Do not:

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules, and we may remove content that does.

11. Availability and changes

This is beta software run by one person. We aim to keep it up, but it may be unavailable, slow, or change without notice, and data feeds may stop when a provider changes its terms or its service. We may add, change or remove features, limits and data sources at any time. We will try to give notice of changes that matter to you, by e-mail or in the app.

12. Ending the agreement

You can stop at any time by deleting your account in Settings. We can suspend or close your account for breach of these terms, for abuse, at the end of the beta, or if we stop operating the service, and we will tell you by e-mail where we can. On closure your data is deleted as the Privacy Policy describes. Sections 5, 6, 9, 13, 14 and 15 survive the end of this agreement.

13. No warranty

Bull Whistle is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, non-infringement and uninterrupted or error-free operation. We do not warrant that any data, grade, score, alert or answer is correct, complete or timely, or that it will produce any result. Some places do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so this section may not apply to you in full.

14. Limits on liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, trading losses, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, arising from or related to the service, the data in it, a connection to your broker or exchange, the assistant, or these terms, however caused and even if we were told it was possible. Our total liability to you for all claims together will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim (which during the beta is zero) and one hundred U.S. dollars. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

15. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. If we have a dispute, write to us first at [email protected] and we will try to settle it informally within 30 days. Any dispute that cannot be settled that way will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Nevada, and you and we consent to their jurisdiction, except that either side may seek an injunction or small-claims relief in any court with jurisdiction. If you are a consumer in a place whose law gives you the right to sue where you live, nothing here takes that right away.
